Membership Application

Thank you for your interest in joining Angel Flight West as a member. We look forward to welcoming you to our very special family of more than 2,400 volunteers.

The online membership application for Angel Flight West is a four to six step process, depending on whether you are a pilot. The final step will require that you provide us with a credit card payment for the $50 initial memberhip fee (annual dues for subsequent years is $35). We accept MasterCard and Visa only. If you would prefer to apply by mail using a check for payment, please download the application from this link.

Please be aware that Angel Flight West has certain minimum qualification requirements for pilots who fly missions. Please click here to review these requirements.

Please remember: We welcome anyone as an Angel Flight West member: pilot or non-pilot, whether you have lots of time to give or can only be a silent supporter of our mission.
