Each day, volunteer pilots use their passion for flying to help people in need access non-emergency, far-off medical care. Through an easy online dashboard, volunteers choose which missions they fly and how often they fly. By joining Angel Flight West, you'll help people battling life-threatening illnesses overcome transportation barriers to reach life-saving care. Angel Flight West serves the Western states, including Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

• Volunteers often enjoy discounts and waived fees while flying Angel Flight West missions. Each volunteer receives a year-end report documenting expenses to share with your tax professional. 
• Angel Flight West is a volunteer-started and volunteer-driven organization. Because of the generosity of volunteer pilots, more than 96,000 angel flights have helped people access care since 1983. 
• When you're ready to fly your first mission, our team of Mission Operations Coordinators will be here to help. Our team coordinates flights between pilots and passengers and is on standby to help you navigate the process.
